A Managed Service Provider, or MSP, helps many businesses by becoming an extension of their IT department or by becoming their IT department.
Further, we are not a “faceless” organization. We will be onsite, at least once a quarter, to make sure that everyone knows who we are and to keep an eye on the IT infrastructure.
Unlike many vendors, we take time to learn about our clients and the company needs before we quote a price. We then evaluate and suggest the correct items to meet those needs and help implement them as seamlessly as possible. This is one of the largest reasons our clients have turned to us and why we have over a 90% retention rate. Plus, there are services that we feel everyone should have, including anti-virus and cloud-based backups, so we go ahead and include those for free.
